Foursome Team Registration – $400.00
Includes 18 holes with a carts, box lunchs and prizes. Please let us know names of the four golfers by emailing Cassandra at cassandra@mn-tcc.org.
Individual Golfer Registration – $100.00
Includes 18 holes with a cart, box lunch and prizes.
Please let us know if you are golfing with a team or would like to be placed on a team.

Let's go golfing! This will be our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament and we are more than excited! This year we will be golfing the Black Bear Golf Course in Carlton, MN.

$100/per Golfer or $400/foursome team (includes lunch and prizes)

8:00 am: Coffee & the Driving Range will be open

10:00 am: Shotgun Start
